Through the HeyGov portal, you can now look up your utility balance as well as make payments.  You will also be able to see your latest bill and recent account history.

You can also pay parking citations, building permit fees, and other account bills through this portal. You can access the payment portal at:

For utility bills enter your account number as it is listed on your bill, including dashes or enter your street address and click the ‘Find Billing Account’ button

Click the ‘View Bills’ button, scroll down and Click the ‘Pay Bill Now’ button

For all other payments choose the type from the options listed and follow the prompts.
